Refund policy
At Be Care Love Believe, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the following return policy:
1. Eligible Items All products sold by believe.hair are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, except for final sale items, which are not eligible for return.
2. Conditions for Return To be eligible for return, products must be in their original condition and packaging, including all original tags, labels, and accessories. Products must be free from damage and show no signs of use.
3. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@biocreativelabs.com and provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will then provide you with instructions for returning the product.
4. Refunds Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for return. If the product is in eligible condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.
5. Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error. If the return is a result of our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
6. Exchanges If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customercare@biocreativelabs.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
